About the role:
We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
Who are we looking for?
3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication.
Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
Position: Google Ads Specialist
Remote Status: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT
Salary: USD 1600 - 2200 per month
