Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad

Clera is building the growth engine for an AI talent platform. You’ll own end-to-end growth—from cold email to paid acquisition, content, SEO, and events—driving real outcomes in a fast-growing startup that’s already shown impressive ARR growth and scale. This role is about designing repeatable, scientific processes that turn recruiting insights into demand.

What youll do

• Own end-to-end growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, delivering measurable outcomes.
• Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure metrics, and iterate.
• Plan, execute, and optimize outbound programs (cold email) and manage deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Create and distribute high-velocity content (blogs, email, LinkedIn, social, testimonials, case studies, product stories) with strong brand alignment.
• Shape and execute an SEO strategy (topic research, on-page optimization, internal linking).
• Build partnerships and organize online/offline events to drive real turnout.

What Clera is looking for

• Experience across multiple growth/marketing domains (outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships and events) with ability to own end-to-end programs.
• Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact rather than only executing activities.
• Treat every channel as a scientific process: hypotheses, tests, metrics, iteration.
• Strong content creation and brand alignment across blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
• Experience running and optimizing outbound programs (cold email) and managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
• SEO expertise including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.
• Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
• Industry experience in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms.
