• 身份：保險公司與外部通路（保經/保代）的專責窗口。
• 目標：透過服務與賦能合作夥伴，達成區域業績目標。
• 轄區：雲林、嘉義、台南。
核心職責
• 業務推廣：定期拜訪維繫關係、推動獎勵競賽 (Campaign)。
• 教育訓練：主講晨會/說明會 (OPP)、傳授商品賣點與話術。
• 行政支援：解決核保、理賠、佣金等疑難雜症 (Troubleshooting)。
Qualifications
• 證照：壽險/產險 + 投資型 + 外幣 (基本四張)。
• 資歷：具 保險業務或同業通路經驗尤佳。
