Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, including ownership of complex, end-to-end initiatives
- Expert-level Figma, prototyping, and interaction design skills
- Sharp visual design skills — typography, layout, color, spacing, and attention to detail
- Experience building and contributing to design systems
- A track record leading user research and usability testing, and turning insights into decisions
- Strong grasp of Design Thinking methodologies
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain design rationale to any audience and influence across teams without formal authority
- A portfolio showing senior-level impact: the problem, your process, and measurable outcomes
Nice to have
- Native mobile design experience
- Experience with complex, workflow-heavy tools for professional/expert users
- Background in inventory or sales-enablement tooling
- Experience in automotive, fintech, or other regulated/trust-sensitive domains
- Agile development experience
- Experience designing conversational or agentic AI interfaces
- Experience using AI tools to speed up your design proces
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of web-based product experiences — from discovery through production handoff
- Partnering with product managers and engineers to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive, accessible experiences customers trust.
- Operate with autonomy, ground decisions in research and business outcomes
- Help set the bar for craft across the team.
