About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, assess their needs, and provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using industry-leading technology and our proven sales process, you'll guide customers through design options and help them make informed decisions about their home improvement projects.

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers earn $150,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform
• Build rapport with homeowners and identify their remodeling needs
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and confidently
• Close sales and achieve personal sales goals
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Previous outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners in a one-on-one setting
• Strong desire to earn a high income through performance
