Otterly Baths is a growing bathroom remodeling company focused on fast, high-quality bath and shower transformations. We keep a steady pipeline of projects and are looking for hardworking helpers who want to learn the trade and grow with a team that takes pride in its work.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with acrylic and solid surface shower and tub installations
• Help with demolition and removal of existing tubs, showers, and surrounds
• Prep job sites, including protecting floors, carrying in materials, and staging tools
• Assist with substrate prep, minor framing, backer board, and leveling
• Support plumbing work such as valve, drain, and trim installations
• Load, unload, and transport materials and debris
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after each install
• Learn installation methods and quality standards from experienced installers

What We’re Looking For

• Basic construction experience (demo, framing, carpentry, or remodeling)
• Basic plumbing experience and comfort working with drains, supply lines, and fittings
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet, bending, kneeling, and climbing throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to the shop and job sites
• Professional, respectful demeanor in customers’ homes
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and a clean background check
