Client Services Controller for LATAM

Are you passionate about optimizing processes, solving complex issues, and working at the heart of a global insurance leader? We’re looking for a proactive professional to ensure smooth operations and strengthen our partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and manage daily BAU processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from file receipt to invoicing and settlements.
• Act as the main point of contact between AXA and our partners, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
• Investigate discrepancies, analyze data, and support problem resolution to maintain process integrity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support new business launches.
• Monitor risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
• Document processes, work instructions, and updates to keep all partner and internal teams aligned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and deployment to support operational excellence.
• Support project implementation and process changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on daily operations.

What you’ll bring:

• 3-4 years of experience in operational control, project management, or process oversight, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle challenging deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for candidates with industry-specific experience.
