TS01 - Property Maintenance Supervisor

• Plan for approval and implement inspection,servicing, maintenance programs for the upkeep and improvement of the Company premises and their fittings.
  
• Ensure that all tasks performed by staff under his control and by contractors are to the required standards and quality.
  
• Obtain quotations for work whenever required and liaise with outside authorities and other Company Officers in the performance of his duties.
  
• Ensure the safety, security and efficiency of such operations, as well as compliance with the requirements of customer airlines and relevant authorities.
  
• Prepare reports and minor contract documents and undertake other related duties as assigned by Manager Technical Services.
  

Requirements

• At least a Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline.
  
• A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a senior role within a similar field.
  
• Possess a valid Refrigeration & Air conditioning Licence.
  
• Possess a valid Electrical Wireman’s Licence.
  
• Must hold a valid LTA Group 2 (Manual) driving license.
  
• Demonstrate experience in planning and organization; working with computers and applications, communication, networking, relationships, adaptability to change and team work.
  
• Possess strong leadership and people skills to effectively guide and lead staff.
