Maintenance Technician

Come join our Team! We are looking for a dependable person to perform maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather.

This is fill-time position with the following seasonal scheduling:

• Winter Hours (October thru March) - Monday thru Friday - 7:00am until 3:30pm but must be flexible amd must take emergency calls
• Summer Hours (April until October) - Tuesday thru Saturrday 7:00am until 3:30pm but must be flexible and must take emergency calls

Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Custodial duties
  • Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Maintenance
  • Painting
  • Light Drywall Patches
  • Basic Carpentry Skills
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• 3+ years experiance as a maintenance tech
• Must be dependable
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be an independent worker
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
