About this role
As a Working Student GTM at Arvana, you'll build lead lists and design outbound campaigns alongside experienced GTM Engineers on real client projects. You'll work 15–20 hours per week, learning the full GTM engineering stack—from data enrichment in Clay to workflow automation with n8n and AI—with daily 1:1 coaching and a clear path to a permanent role.
What You'll Do
- Build and enrich lead lists using Clay, adding data signals like funding rounds, job changes, and software usage.
- Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences for B2B campaigns.
- Automate workflows and processes using n8n, Claude Code, and AI tools.
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers on client projects across our 200+ B2B customer base.
- Learn GTM strategy and execution through hands-on work and direct mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university and available 15–20 hours per week for at least 12 months (flexible around exams).
- Quick learner who picks up new tools like Clay, n8n, and Claude Code independently.
- Analytical, structured, and self-directed with strong ownership and drive.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Confident with AI tools and comfortable with prompting.
- Clear, persuasive writing skills.
- Prior experience with no-code automation platforms, basic programming (Python, JavaScript), or startup/consulting environments is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Up to €20/hour for 15–20 hours per week.
Location
On-site in Berlin Mitte. Regular presence required.
