Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Hybrid€50k – €80k

About this role

In this role, you take full ownership of seven- to eight-figure annual budgets across Paid Search and Paid Social — for clients like Enpal, Swisscom, Trawa, and publicly listed enterprises. You manage entire ad accounts end-to-end, strategically build new accounts from scratch, and ramp up quickly on complex industries. You create and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn — with the option to specialize in one or more channels. You stay on top of all relevant KPIs and act decisively the moment you spot inefficiencies or untapped potential. Backed by a team that has scaled to €5M ARR and 200+ active clients, you'll have the processes, the peers, and the ambition around you to grow fast.
