GTM Engineer

Arvana is the largest go-to-market company in the DACH region: over €5M ARR in about 2 years, profitable, bootstrapped, 200+ B2B clients (FreeNow, Swisscom, smapOne, telli, Ivy).

As a GTM Engineer you build the AI-powered outbound systems Arvana uses to generate pipeline for itself and its clients: end-to-end outbound systems from lead lists and enrichment to personalized copy at scale, and signal-based sequences (intent, job changes, funding). You build on ArvanaOS (own scrapers on a local LLM, buying signals from 50+ data sources) with Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach, Zapmail and Pipedrive. Team of 6 GTM Engineers, with an expert or leadership track afterwards.

Junior to mid level. No-/low-code role, no coding required.

Must-have (all): hands-on Clay experience (own tables with enrichment, waterfalls, AI columns); proven track record from own outbound campaigns backed by numbers (reply rate, booked meetings, pipeline; from a job, internship or own projects); business sense and analytical thinking, builds systems end to end instead of just operating tools; ownership and drive.

Should-have (most): first professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps or growth; defines target groups and qualifies leads based on signals; automates workflows with n8n, Make or Zapier; confident with AI tools and LLMs (prompting, Claygent); writes compelling personalized outbound copy.

Nice-to-have: Claude Code or basic Python/JS/APIs; email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach (Zapmail, HeyReach); Pipedrive or other CRMs; startup, agency or consulting background; active in the GTM engineering community.

Deal breakers: no native-level German; not willing to work 3 days/week in the Berlin office (first month fully on site); looking for freelance or part-time.

Package: Berlin (Rosenstraße 17), 3+2 hybrid, €55–70k fixed + €5k variable, permanent with 6-month probation. Process: coffee chat, personal fit, case study (90 min on site / 60 min online), team meeting.
