Corporate Finance Intern - January 2027 I Luxembourg (M/F)
About this role
Le/la stagiaire aura pour mission d'accompagner sa responsable de stage dans ses tâches quotidiennes. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Assurer le suivi administratif du courrier d’Ardian Luxembourg, des devis et contrats
- Encoder les factures fournisseurs et suivre les paiements
- Participer à la préparation des factures clients, des refacturations et notes de crédit
- Saisir les encaissements et décaissements et réconcilier avec les extraits bancaires
- Vérifier les instructions émises par les comptables
- Participer aux reportings mensuels
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus en place
- Assister avec les demandes des auditeurs
Vous serez en contact quotidien pour le traitement des flux d’information avec :
- En interne : nos bureaux à Paris et à Londres
- En externe : la fiduciaire en charge de la comptabilité et les auditeurs
Compétences requises
- Bonne gestion de l’information
- Capacité d’analyse
- Esprit d’équipe
Le profil
- Etudiant en Bac +3 minimum
- Connaissance active de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)
- Maîtrise des logiciels pack office et notamment Word / Excel
