About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Executive to manage and maintain product catalog quality across the EPOS platform. This role is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, complete, and compliant with company guidelines, while supporting a seamless merchant and customer experience.

You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Merchant Success, and Operations teams to onboard new products, monitor SKU health, and continuously improve catalog quality.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end product listing creation, updates, and maintenance across the EPOS platform.
  • Review product content, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Moderate product listings to ensure compliance with EPOS policies and marketplace guidelines.
  • Monitor catalog health by identifying duplicate listings, missing information, incorrect categorisation, pricing discrepancies, and inactive SKUs.
  • Support merchant onboarding by ensuring products are published accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Perform regular catalog quality audits and resolve content-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product data quality and optimise catalog operations.
  • Assist with new product launches, promotional campaigns, and bulk SKU uploads.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.



What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Content Operations, Catalog Operations, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, or E-commerce.
  • Experience from platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, foodpanda Shops, or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of product data accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
