Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Occasional Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility
Full-Time | 40–45 Hours Per Week | No Saturdays
Overtime may be required based on production demands and may vary weekly.

Position Summary
The Combo Sewer is responsible for constructing complete upholstery covers by operating industrial sewing equipment and assembling a variety of upholstered furniture components. This position requires advanced sewing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet quality and production standards.

- Seat and back cushions
- Ottomans
- Decorative pillows
- Specialty upholstered components
Essential Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble upholstered furniture components.
- Sew complete furniture covers, cushions, pillows, ottomans, and other upholstery pieces.
- Read and interpret work orders, production tickets, specifications, and sewing instructions.
- Match fabric patterns and maintain proper fabric alignment.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain production goals while producing high-quality workmanship.
- Identify and communicate quality or production concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Combo Sewing experience in furniture manufacturing or upholstery production.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines.
- Ability to sew both flatwork and cushion components.
- Strong understanding of upholstery construction techniques.
- Ability to read production tickets, specifications, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds or more.
- Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.

- Ability to meet the physical demands of a production manufacturing environment.
