About this role

Die Rolle verantwortet die Planung und Steuerung der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte vom Prototyp bis zur Serienproduktion. Im Fokus stehen dabei die standortübergreifende Koordination von Entwicklung, Produktion und Beschaffung, inklusive Launch- und Änderungsmanagement, Ressourcen- und Investitionsplanung sowie Lean Manufacturing.

Aufgaben

Organisation der Fertigung von Prototypen (Beschaffung, Produktion, Entwicklung)
Sicherstellen der interdisziplinären und standortübergreifenden Kommunikation zwischen den Fachabteilungen Beschaffung, Produktion und Entwicklung
Unterstützung im Bereich des Änderungsmanagements auf Produkt- und Prozessebene
Definition und Aufsetzen von Prozessen im Bereich der Einführung von neuen Produkten in die Serienproduktion (Launch Managements)
Abstimmen von Schnittstellenfunktionen zwischen den Fachabteilungen Beschaffung, Produktion und Entwicklung
Koordination der Definition von Anforderungen an Produktionsstätten
Erstellen einer bedarfsgerechten Ressourcenplanung, Planung und Kalkulation der nötigen Investitionen für Anlagentechnik, Peripherie, Anlaufkosten sowie des operativen Personalbedarfs (Total Cost of Ownership)
Einführung von neuen Produkten in nationalen und internationalen Produktionsstätten
Aufsetzten, Aktualisieren und Sicherstellen von Projektplänen und Projektzielen
Einhaltung von Prinzipien Lean Manufacturing und Design to Manufacturing

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Vergleichbares)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken
Tiefgreifendes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
Fähigkeit, komplexe Situationen zu kontrollieren, den Fokus nicht zu verlieren und eine zielgerichtete Prioritätensetzung durchzuführen
Hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team sowie eigenverantwortlich
Hands-on Mentalität und Flexibilität
Reisebereitschaft national und international
Selbständige, dynamische Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
