We're in stealth and moving fast — and we're looking for our first technical hire to help shape the entire engineering foundation.

The Role

As our Founding Member of Technical Staff (AI), you'll be the first engineer on the team. You'll work directly with the founder to build and own the core AI systems that power Morrow's platform — from browser-use agents and voice AI to long-horizon LLM pipelines with evals.

This is a rare opportunity to define the technical direction of a company from day one.

What You'll Work On

• Browser-use agents for automated insurance workflows
• Voice AI for client and carrier interactions
• Long-horizon LLM pipelines with robust evaluation frameworks
• Carrier integrations and AI-powered quoting/submission pipelines
• AI agents for policy analysis and document processing
• A little bit of everything — you're the first engineer, so you'll shape what gets built

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience at a top startup or big tech company
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or voice AI systems
• Top university background
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from 0 to 1
• Based in San Francisco — this role is in-person

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000 – $220,000 depending on experience
• Equity: meaningful founding team equity
• Full-time, on-site in San Francisco
