About this role

Proven flight heritage. Built for the nation’s most critical missions.
Rocketdyne has powered American launch and national security missions for generations. Today we build the propulsion, power, and communications that get this country’s most important systems where they need to go, and keep them there. If it flies, we power it. If it protects the nation, we deliver it. Real hardware. Real stakes. Join the team the nation depends on.
The Roles
We are hiring Manufacturing Technicians across all experience levels — from entry-level Technician A to expert-level Technician D. Position level will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated technical skills.
At our Redmond, Washington, site, we fabricate, assemble, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small-scale propulsion systems.
This hands-on role includes assembling parts into subassemblies and finished products, supporting testing, and completing rework as needed. Depending on your assignment and experience level, you may work with mechanical or electromechanical components, precision-clean parts, specialized tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
We welcome candidates beginning their technical careers as well as experienced technicians with advanced assembly, testing, and troubleshooting skills. Across all levels, we value attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively with others.
