職務介紹
研華正在招募一位BPE產品工程師加入組織。這個職位主要將新產品順利導入工廠生產，負責範圍是產測與包裝，是廠區關於產品技術的窗口。
主要工作內容：
- 新產品導入 (NPI文件/產測程式/SOP製作、P/R不良分析、測試站規劃)
- 量產品維護 (工程變更導入、重工/稽核/外包技轉等技術支援)
- 異常分析 (產品異常分析與停線排除、客訴分析與回覆)
- 專案支援 (AI Agent運用、產測技術研究、效益精進等專案支援)
人才需具備：
- 工作經驗 2年以上主機板或電腦相關工作經驗
- 學歷要求 大學 - 電機電子工程相關, 電腦與系統工程相關
- 語文條件 英文 - 聽 /略懂、說 /略懂、讀 /略懂、寫 /略懂
- 擅長工具：示波器、三用電表等儀器
- 熟悉電腦硬體架構與主機板電子線路，具硬體維修分析實務經驗
- 具溝通協調能力, 具抗壓性能獨立作業
- 熟悉 Linux作業系統者佳, 有電子/電腦相關證照者佳
