Our customer base includes memory and foundry/ logic device manufacturers. We have a global sales and support organization focused on developing strong, long-term customer relationships. We have design and manufacturing centers in the United States, Germany. Our customer sales and support teams are located in China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States.
We were incorporated in California in 1988 and reincorporated in Delaware in 1997. Our principal executive office is located in Fremont, CA.
