The Lead Forecast Manager is responsible for owning the SKU-level forecasting process and improving accuracy through statistical models and cross-functional collaboration. They act as the central interface between business and tech teams to drive data-driven decisions within the S&OP process.
Requires a university degree in a quantitative field and over 5 years of experience in forecasting or data analytics, specifically within fast-paced environments like e-commerce. Proficiency in SQL and advanced MS Office tools is essential, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
