The role involves completing audit, review, and compilation files along with preparing corporate and personal tax returns. Additionally, the accountant will handle CRA requests, perform technical research, and provide project suggestions.
Candidates must have a University Accounting degree, 3+ years of tax and audit experience, and be working towards a CPA designation. Proficiency in Canadian tax laws (ASPE, CAS) and accounting software like Caseware and TaxPrep is required.
