The Commercial Management Controller will oversee commercial reporting, analyze revenue performance, and provide actionable insights to the Comex and sales teams. They will also coordinate the budgeting process, model P&L impacts of commercial decisions, and act as a key financial partner to sales directors.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Finance with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international group. Proficiency in Excel is essential, along with strong analytical skills and a B2 level of English.

Descriptif du poste et missions principales
Dans un contexte de transformation et de développement de
l’activité du Groupe, nous recherchons un.e Contrôleur(euse) de
Gestion Commercial.
Rattaché(e) à la directrice financière, vous prenez en
charge la partie commerciale du contrôle de gestion, en binôme avec le
CDG en charge de l’analyse du compte de résultat. Vous êtes garant(e) de la fiabilité et de la lisibilité de la performance commerciale de Yole Group et de
ses filiales.
Vous mesurez, analysez et challengez la performance du
chiffre d'affaires clôturé et projeté.
Orienté.e résultats, vous savez être force de proposition et
faites de l'amélioration continue un standard sur votre périmètre.
Localisation : Villeurbanne (Charpennes), 2 jours de
télétravail / semaine.
