What You Will Be Doing:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the leading and directing the routine Human Resources functions at the assigned branch/department, including hiring and interviewing staff, ensuring administration of pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding. 
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for openings. 
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.  
• Employee Relations 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture. 
  • Manage employee disciplinary procedures and terminations in accordance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Performance Management
  • Implement performance evaluation program and its effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Identify training needs and create or coordinate development programs.
• Compensation & Benefits
  
  • Administer and support employee benefits programs, including annual enrollment in health insurance, participation in wellness programs, and supporting team members who are planning for retirement.
  • Assist to resolve any hours/pay issues prior to payroll deadlines.
• Compliance & Legal 
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in updating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations and maintain records of all HR-related matters.
• Training & Development
  • Plan and conduct training sessions on various HR topics.
  • Support the professional development of employees through continuous learning opportunities.
• HR Strategy
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
• The HR Manager will also handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations and other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in human resources, business administration, or a related field or related equivalent experience preferred. 
• Minimum 3-5 years in a human resource management. 
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
