Evaluate and treat patients of all ages for acute illnesses, injuries, and episodic healthcare needs. Perform clinical procedures such as laceration repair and splinting while maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with appropriate national certification and BLS certification. Eligibility for professional licensure in Oklahoma or Kansas and DEA registration is required.
Xpress Wellness is seeking newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are ready to begin their careers in a structured and supportive clinical environment.
Our robust new-provider training program helps recent graduates transition from the classroom into practice while developing the judgment, efficiency, and procedural skills needed to succeed in urgent care.
Providers work a full-time schedule of only 7 twelve-hour shifts during each 14-day period, allowing for meaningful time away from work while building valuable experience caring for patients across the lifespan.
We are recruiting for openings in the following communities:
Applicants may identify one or more preferred locations. Placement will be based on current openings, licensure, availability, and mutual fit.
Relocation assistance or a signing incentive may be available for qualified candidates accepting positions in designated markets.
Starting in urgent care can feel like a significant transition. Our training program is designed to give new graduates the clinical foundation and practical support needed to become capable, confident, and increasingly independent providers.

As an urgent care provider, you will evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of illnesses, injuries, and episodic healthcare needs.

DOT medical examiner certification is preferred. Candidates who are not currently certified should be willing to complete the certification process after joining the organization.
