The Senior SRM Assembly Engineer III serves as the technical authority for SRM manufacturing, leading strategy across multiple programs to drive production scalability and operational excellence. This role involves designing production systems, leading readiness reviews, and mentoring engineers to ensure aggressive delivery schedules are met.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 6 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, DFM/DFA, and U.S. Person status for ITAR compliance are required.

The Senior SRM Assembly Engineer III serves as the technical authority for SRM manufacturing and assembly operations. This role leads manufacturing strategy across multiple programs while driving production scalability, manufacturing readiness, process standardization, and operational excellence.
SRM Engineer III partners directly with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Executive Leadership to ensure production systems support aggressive delivery schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and configuration control.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
