The IT Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and peripherals across campus. They also manage service requests through the ticketing system and provide support for audiovisual systems and special IT projects.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in IT preferred. Demonstrated experience in computer hardware, software installation, and imaging is required, along with CompTIA A+ or N+ certifications.

Overview / Job Summary:
WSU Tech is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented IT Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and operation of computer systems, desktops, peripherals, and related technology. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable technology services for faculty, staff, students, and campus operations.
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment.
