Candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and basic familiarity with hand and power tools. While previous professional diesel experience is not required, a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

$24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on mechanical experience and qualifications.
Candidates with stronger diesel or heavy-equipment experience may be considered above the entry-level range.
