Requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.

Position Summary: The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth staffing processes, accurate employee data management, strong employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and company policies. This role partners closely with plant leadership to uphold manufacturing standards in safety, attendance, training, and workforce readiness, while providing responsive support to employees across all HR functions.
