Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets to ensure a positive consumer experience. Duties include maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, and handling cash transactions.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Retail experience is preferred, along with a passion for the brand and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required

A positive and professional attitude
Enthusiasm to learn and to share your product knowledge
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
