Lead the People Services operational framework, overseeing payroll, benefits, HR systems, and workforce analytics. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation to optimize HR service delivery and organizational capability.
Requires a post-secondary degree in HR or Business with at least 7 years of relevant HR experience and a proven track record of leading teams. Proficiency in HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce, and a CPHR designation are highly preferred.

The Manager, People Services Operations, will lead a team that is responsible for the organization's People Services (PS) operational framework, ensuring effective administration, governance, and optimization of payroll, benefits, HR systems, compensation programs, and workforce analytics. This role oversees the delivery of critical employee programs, manages HR technology and data integrity, and drives continuous improvement through innovation and process excellence.
