Own the revenue operations function and build the GTM tech stack from scratch using AI and automation. Create reporting dashboards and define operational playbooks to align Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations with a track record of owning pipeline management and CRM hygiene. Must have hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and possess strong English communication skills.

You'll be the person who makes that happen. This is a founding role: you'll own both the revenue operations function and the AI and automation layer that powers the business team. There's no existing playbook, no inherited stack, and no one ahead of you in the function. You're building it.
The person we're looking for is operational by nature and genuinely excited about AI. Not as a buzzword, but as a tool that makes ops faster, smarter, and less dependent on manual work. You take ownership without being asked and you care about building things that actually work for the people who use them.
