作為華邦的(中科)傳輸自動化課主管，你將負責建置並維護工廠自動化及相關的生產管理資訊系統，協助工廠生產單位提升生產力。工作內容包含：
1.AMHS 系統維運與管理： 負責 OHT、AMR、Stocker、Reticle Stocker、ASRS、N2 Station、FOUP Rack、Pod Rack 等自動化搬運系統之日常維運、監控與異常排除。
2.工廠擴產與新廠建置評估設計： 負責現有工廠擴產之 AMHS 系統容量評估與規劃設計，以及新廠產房（Fab）之自動化搬運系統前期架構評估、佈局（Layout）規劃與建置方案設計。
3.AMHS 維護成本控管與優化： 負責評估與控管各項自動化設備之維護支出，包含備品庫存管理、委外維修合約評估及預算編列，並推動具體的成本優化（Cost Reduction）對策。
4.設備生命週期延長（Life Cycle Extension）計畫： 針對廠內現有之搬運設備與系統，制定預防性維護與軟硬體升級策略，推動設備延壽專案，降低系統汰換頻率與停機風險。
5.跨部門溝通與資源協調： 與製造部、設備部及其他 IT/CIM 團隊緊密合作，解決產線自動化痛點與維運需求。
6.團隊建立與指導： 培育工程師，建立分工明確、當責且具備快速維運反應能力的團隊。
7.導入生成式 AI 優化現場管理： 評估並使用生成式 AI（Generative AI）等創新工具，建立現場現代化管理模式（如：維修知識庫建置、異常根因分析輔助、自動化報表與流程優化），提升團隊整體營運與決策效率。
