The Sorter is responsible for sorting materials on the picking line and maintaining the cleanliness of the recycling facility. They must also ensure environmental compliance and perform general maintenance tasks in breakrooms and shops.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, climbing, and walking on heights. The role requires the ability to wear personal protective equipment and maintain a positive, professional demeanor with all stakeholders.
