The Accessory Service Advisor manages the workflow of the accessories department by scheduling appointments, writing repair orders, and coordinating with technicians. They also ensure quality control on installations and maintain clear communication with sales, finance, and customers regarding vehicle status.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with insurability. Previous experience in scheduling or the automotive industry is preferred, along with strong customer service skills and computer proficiency.
