Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced mechanical systems for beverage filling and packaging equipment. Drive innovation from concept to production while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5-8+ years of experience, specifically including 5+ years in machine design. Expertise in SolidWorks and experience with sanitary processing equipment in the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred.

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in the architecture, design, and development of advanced mechanical systems for beverage filling and packaging equipment. You will drive innovation from concept through production launch, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to deliver highly reliable, manufacturable, and scalable equipment solutions.
You will play a key role in defining engineering standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and influencing product roadmap decisions while ensuring designs meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and serviceability targets.
