Au sein du site de Tours, vous serez plongé(e) dans la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines tout en contribuant à des projets clés passionnants pour le site. Vos responsabilités s'élargiront et évolueront à mesure que vous développerez vos compétences et laisserez votre empreinte !
Jouez un rôle actif dans la publication des offres d'emploi sur nos systèmes SIRH (Workday / Smartrecruiter), assurez le bon déroulement du processus d'intégration (gestion du parcours d'intégration, constitution des dossiers administratifs et suivi des périodes d'essai), et aidez à intégrer nos étudiants en alternance au sein de l'équipe !
Créez et tenez à jour avec précision les dossiers des employés, assurez le suivi des contrats, des avenants et des dossiers d'apprentis/stagiaires, et mettez à jour notre logiciel de gestion des temps avec toutes les informations pertinentes (absences et autres détails). Participez à la gestion de la paie avec, pour objectif, la gestion d'une population complète en collaboration avec la responsable paie France.
Concevez des programmes de stage attrayants en collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes, et proposez des améliorations créatives pour rendre ces stages plus dynamiques et enrichissants pour les participants.
Dynamisez notre « communauté d'alternance », défendez les initiatives favorisant l'égalité des sexes sur le lieu de travail, retroussez vos manches pour les initiatives QVCT et d'autres projets RH, et aidez-nous à améliorer en permanence nos processus RH pour tous !
