The Medical Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient demographics and insurance information. They also handle the collection of copays and ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance for all medical and financial records.
Candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills and a general knowledge of insurance benefits. The role requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and professional communication skills.
