Responsibilities

Develop and integrate advanced AI agents and multi-agent workflows to transform customer experience and operational efficiency in insurance. Implement RAG architectures, optimize LLM prompts, and monitor agent performance and costs in production.

🤖 Développement d'AI Agents

  • Développez des AI Agents en collaboration avec les membres seniors de l'équipe
  • Participez à la conception de workflows multi-agents
  • Intégrez ces agents aux outils métier existants

🧠 GenAI & Systèmes Conversationnels

  • Implémentez des architectures RAG pour alimenter les agents

🏆 Votre Profil Idéal

🧠 Compétences GenAI & AI Agents (obligatoires)

  • Minimum 18 mois d'expérience en tant que AI Engineer avec une première expérience significative en GenAI ou AI Agents appliqués au secteur de l’assurance
  • Maitrise technique des LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
  • Expérience pratique avec Dust.tt, notamment création d’agents avancés et évaluations automatisées
  • Connaissance technique avancée sur les architectures conversationnelles et RAG
  • 1er projet concluant avec de l'orchestration multi-agents

🔧 Compétences Techniques Clés

  • Maitrise de Python et écosystème GenAI
  • Bonnes bases en développement logiciel (clean code, versionning, CI/CD)
  • Maitrise du context engineering et compréhension du fonctionnement des LLMs
  • Maitrise des APIs et intégrations (REST, webhooks, MCP)
  • Bonnes base en ML/MLOps
  • Cloud & Infrastructure : notions de déploiement (Docker, Cloud)
  • Monitoring : connaissances sur l'observabilité (Datadog, Langfuse)
  • Langue : français et anglais courants
