Assist with the design, modeling, and analysis of substation projects while supporting senior engineers with calculations and drawings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare technical reports and provide construction support during site visits.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline and at least one year of engineering experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or MicroStation and an Engineer Intern (EI) certification are preferred.

Job Description

On Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you’ll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation.
As an Associate Engineer, you’ll support substation design projects, working with experienced engineers to develop your technical skills and contribute to high‑quality project deliverables.
