Supervises technicians and manages the daily operations of the maintenance shop, including workflow assignment and quality monitoring. Responsible for personnel management, safety regulation enforcement, and overseeing the inventory of replacement parts.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 4 years of relevant work experience. A valid driver's license is mandatory upon hire.
