The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily shop operations, coordinates repairs, and manages a team of five technicians. They are responsible for coaching staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least four years of relevant work experience. A valid driver's license is required, and the candidate must be willing to obtain a REAL ID.
