The Senior Project Manager oversees the launch and operational support of new customer sites, managing both personnel and hazardous waste disposal activities. They are responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing financial performance through effective contract and vendor management.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience. Essential certifications include an OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER and a TWIC card, along with the ability to travel 85% of the time.
I. Job Summary
The Sr. Project Manager is part of a small team specifically organized to launch and support new SES operations or provide backfill where needed. This position will report into the Implementation TM and manage several exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will be deployed to new and existing customer locations to plan and direct all onsite or remote activities at highly complex client location(s) with revenues over $.5MM, in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of multiple hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state & local regulations. Manage and plan activities of onsite personnel or 3rd party contractors. Serve as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues and contract management. Maintain pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Identify regulatory, business, personnel concerns, develop and implement processes and solutions. Additionally, this position will work with management to develop and implement a strategic project roadmap and operational framework. This position will be deployed until these sites have the permanent personnel required to service the project.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $73,150/annually - $103,000/annually. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 15% annual target bonus.
