Welder – Join a Team That Values Quality, Safety & People

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre-assembling and welding parts according to technical drawings and quality standards, while helping maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Pre-assemble and prepare parts for welding
• Perform TIG/MIG welding and verify weld quality
• Complete work orders and properly label finished parts
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production standards

What We’re Looking For

• Welder/Fitter diploma
• 1–3 years of welding experience preferred
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship opportunities may also be available
• TIG welding experience is required
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic calculations
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills

👉 A short on-site TIG welding test will be required prior to hire.
