The Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising caregiver staff and conducting client assessments to develop and oversee personalized Plans of Care. They must ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a safe environment, and provide ongoing instruction to caregivers while managing client concerns.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited school and be currently registered with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Two years of home care experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
