JOB OBJECTIVE
To lead and manage the Corporate HR function for Vikram Solar, driving talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policy and organizational development, thereby building a high-performing, engaged and future-ready workforce aligned to business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding	Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for corporate/non-manufacturing roles, including leadership hiring. Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline in partnership with business leaders. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across corporate functions. Performance Management	Design, implement and continuously improve the performance management framework across the organization. Drive goal-setting, mid-year and annual review cycles in partnership with business leadership. Compensation, Benefits & HR Policy	Lead annual compensation review, benchmarking and budgeting in line with market and business needs. Education	MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a reputed institute.
