Manage all quality assurance activities and operational processes to ensure regulatory compliance and product quality. Develop strategic plans to maximize output, minimize costs, and lead the training and development of quality staff.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least six years of QA/QC experience and three years in leadership roles. Must be at least 21 years old and capable of registering as an agent with the state's cannabis commission.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the management of the quality assurance activities for the facility in accordance with the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures. The facility Quality Assurance Manager will continuously review all the operational processes, systems, assets, and methodologies used in their department and will develop a strategic and tactical operational plan, which aligns with the objectives and strategies of the Company.

$60,000
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 25 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Work is performed in a warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
