Oversee and execute operational activities for water treatment plants to ensure quality and maximum availability. Coordinate the operational team, perform physicochemical analyses, and manage chemical dosing and equipment maintenance.
Requires a minimum technical degree, preferably in Maintenance Engineering, with experience coordinating operational teams. Must have deep knowledge of water treatment processes, safety protocols for chemical handling, and the ability to generate operational reports.
Realizar las actividades operativas establecidas, asegurando en todo momento la calidad contratada por el cliente, monitoreando y controlando los parámetros necesarios para asegurar la máxima disponibilidad de la planta, además del control del proceso mediante la toma de lecturas de operación y tengan la capacidad para integrar, revisar y presentar informes o reportes de operación directamente al cliente. Coordinar la operación del equipo.
Capacidades técnicas y analíticas: Deben ser capaces de realizar análisis fisicoquímicos del agua tratada, así como encargarse de la correcta dosificación de reactivos químicos.
Mantenimiento y cuidado de los equipos: El personal debe tener habilidades para ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos al sistema móvil, además de mantener el orden y la limpieza en el área de trabajo. Serán responsables de operar los equipos siguiendo estrictamente las instrucciones y procedimientos técnicos específicos del sistema.
Apego a la cultura de seguridad (EHS): Los operadores deben ser personas habituadas a trabajar bajo normas estrictas de seguridad. Su perfil debe ser apto para:Recibir y asimilar capacitaciones obligatorias en "Requisitos de seguridad" y "Manejo de Químicos".Contar con los cursos de seguridad afines a sus tareas y aprobar cualquier capacitación adicional que exija Nestlé para ingresar a sus instalaciones.Utilizar de forma permanente el Equipo de Protección Personal (EPP) estándar (casco, chaleco reflejante, botas con casquillo, lentes de seguridad, tapones auditivos, pantalón de mezclilla y camisa de manga larga), así como EPP especial cuando la tarea lo amerite, como guantes anti químicos, arnés o botas dieléctricas.
- Experiencia coordinando equipos operativos
- Conocimiento de los procesos de tratamiento de aguas y efluentes, incluyendo el tratamiento físico-químico y biológico;
- Conocimiento de operaciones unitarias;
- Conocimientos de control operacional y monitoreo de parámetros de calidad de aguas y efluentes.
- Conocimientos de toma de muestras y análisis operacional básico;
- Conocimientos de preparación de soluciones químicas y reactivos en general;
- Conocimiento de procedimientos de seguridad y manipulación de productos químicos;
- Capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas operativos durante el proceso de tratamiento;
- Conocimiento en elaboración de informes;
Escolaridad: Técnico mínimo. Deseable ingeniería en Mantenimiento o afín
