Interns provide support for influence campaigns to further clients' government relations and business development objectives. Key tasks include conducting legislative research, monitoring industry news, and developing client materials such as talking points and presentations.
Candidates must be upperclassmen or graduate students with an interest in national security and the federal appropriations process. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be eligible for a US government security clearance.
Velos is seeking part- or full-time government relations interns to join our team for the Fall semester. Interns provide support across clients to aid execution of influence campaigns furthering the client's government relations and business development objectives. Velos represents leaders in the Defense, Space & Intelligence, Homeland Security, and related industries. This position is located at our office in Crystal City (Arlington, VA).
