Drive supplier improvement, evaluation, and qualification while deploying VAT standards across the supplier base. Focus on non-machining suppliers to perform capability assessments, handle non-conformances, and execute quality improvement plans.
Requires a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in metal parts secondary processes. Candidates should be proficient in GD&T, blueprint reading, and supplier management within a manufacturing environment.
